GO Maine - Statewide rideshare, commuter assistance and state vanpool program.

Land Use Planning Services — GPCOG helps towns with comprehensive plans, ordinances, and development review.

Maine Clean Communities MC2 - GPCOG helps fleet managers develop clean fuel facilities, and promotes clean vehicles.

Mountain Division - The Mountain Division rail line runs from Portland to Fryeburg via the communities of Westbrook, Windham, Gorham, Standish, Baldwin, Hiram and Brownfield.  For over a decade, community leaders in Southern Maine and Western Maine have been working to revitalize the Mountain Division as an active rail corridor enhanced with a recreational trail.

The Move! Program- Teaches students about transportation choices in Cumberland and York Counties.

PACTS - Conducts long-range transportation studies and plans, and prioritizes federally funded projects.

Rail Outreach Safety Program — GPCOG promotes rail safety awareness at highway-rail grade crossings.

Regional Corridor Coalitions — GPCOG facilitates coordinated planning efforts in the region and in three sub-regions.

Small Starts - Portland North Small Starts is a study of the feasability of extending passenger rail service from Portland to Brunswick, ME or Lewiston/Auburn.

Transit Guide

Transportation Information Display System (TIDS) - Provides rail, bus, ferry and airline schedule information to travelers at Portland transportation terminals, participating hotels, the Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, and The Maine Mall.

Transit Planning - GPCOG provides technical planning assistance to public and private transportation agencies and operators.
