The Portland Area Comprehensive Transportation System (PACTS) seeks proposals for technical assistance in developing conceptual designs and cost estimates for the Transit Stop Access Project (TSAP). The purpose of the TSAP is to improve transit stop accessibility at high-priority stops around the PACTS region, develop new regional transit hubs, and/or improve bicycle and pedestrian facilities within 0.5 mile of existing transit stops.
