Creating a community response to the opioid crisis

We’ve launched a pilot project to help municipalities in the Metro Regional Coalition address the opioid crisis. Falmouth led the way on Jan. 23 with a workshop. There will be a public forum on Wednesday, March 13 to give Falmouth residents that same opportunity to learn about the issue and shape the action plan. The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at Falmouth Elementary School.

Building a Shared Vision for the Region’s Public Transportation Network

We're starting work on building a shared vision for the region’s public transportation network and how that network will function and expand over the next 30 years. By finding ways to connect housing and jobs with public transportation, this effort  -  the first of its kind in Maine – will position the region to access more federal dollars for improving and expanding transit.
