2003 Destination Tomorrow Plan

Destination Tomorrow 2003 was voted best plan of 2003 by the Northern New England (Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine) Chapter of the American Planning Association. The Maine Association of Planners also voted Destination Tomorrow as the best plan in Maine in 2003.
