Sign up for Leadership training for Chairs and Vice Chairs

We’re offering leadership training for municipal board chairs and vice chairs. Participants will learn best-practice strategies for dealing with a number of issues, such as how to run productive meetings and how to reach decisions when there is conflict. Facilitator Craig Freshley of Good Group Decisions will lead the training session, scheduled for Thursday Jan. 24, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at GPCOG's offices in Portland.
