GPCOG Conference Center

The Greater Portland Council of Governments welcomes public agencies, non-profit organizations and private sector companies to rent our conference facilities. These conference rooms are private and include the use of a kitchen area for coffee and refreshments.

GPCOG member municipalities can use our facilities free of charge, based on availability.

We have three meeting rooms:

In the Casco Bay Room, 50 people can meet in a theater-style configuration or up to 24 people in a conference room style with tables and chairs. A 70” LCD screen with audio is available for presentations.  This room rents for $50/hour or $300/day.

The Sebago Lake Room is a great space for 8 people to meet with a monitor, table and speakerphone. The rental rate is $25/hour or $150/day.

The Presumpscot River Room is the smallest of our meeting rooms and accommodates 6 people. It serves as a small break-out room and rents at $20/hour or $120/day.

Rental for all three rooms is $225 for a half day and $450 for a full day.

Catering can be provided upon request. Catering fees are based upon the level of service required for your event.
