Responsibilities

Zoe’s work focuses on engaging community members, groups and organizations to have a voice in the Greater Portland Council of Government’s initiatives. Zoe leads GPCOG’s Mobility For All program and works to integrate public health into transportation and land use planning.
Experience

Zoe has led public health initiatives in Cumberland County since 2000 and has extensive experience convening multi-sector partners. In her previous role as a Healthy Maine Partnership Director, she helped to launch and sustain the Lakes Region Explorer bus service and led community engagement efforts connected to numerous initiatives.
Education
As a student at the Muskie School of Public Service from 2013 to 2017, Zoe partnered with GPCOG to conduct her Capstone research on promising practices for integrating public health into the work of regional planning councils.
