Elizabeth oversees Portland Area Comprehensive Transportation System's (PACTS) transportation engineering initiatives. She manages PACTS Transportation Improvement Program (TIP
) and oversees a comprehensive assessment and implementation plan of the Regional Traffic Management System (RTMS
Elizabeth brings to PACTS more than two decades of experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning including:
- Environmental impact studies
- Pedestrian studies
- Traffic impact studies
- Traffic signal design projects
Prior to joining PACTS, Elizabeth worked with transportation engineering consulting firms in Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. She has extensive knowledge of Maine Department of Transportation's (MaineDOT) engineering standards and contracts.
Elizabeth holds a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Purdue University and is a registered professional engineer.
