Tori works with staff members on a variety of different programs and initiatives, including the planning and execution of all public and in-person events. She also serves as the Racial Equity project manager, working with the GPCOG staff and members to address and highlight topics of racial equity within our region while also leading and facilitating various meetings, trainings, and webinars. In addition to her equity work, Tori also manages the Community Development Block Grant program, working with marginalized communities to provide grants to low-income business owners who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tori graduated from the University at Albany with a degree in Journalism and currently resides in downtown Portland. When she's not working at GPCOG, you can find her in the boxing gym, playing her piano or enjoying the local food scene.
