Responsibilities

Tori serves as leader and facilitator of all internal agency operations and takes the lead at GPCOG in the planning, organization and execution of all public in-person and virtual events. Tori also works with the GPCOG staff to address and highlight topics of racial equity in the region.
Education

Tori graduated from the University at Albany with a degree in Journalism and currently resides in downtown Portland.

Tori Pelletier joined GPCOG in July of 2019 and serves as leader and facilitator of all internal agency operations. She takes the lead at GPCOG in the planning, organization, and execution of all public in-person and virtual events, while continuing to support the relationships between GPCOG and its member communities. Tori also works with the GPCOG staff to address and highlight topics of racial equity in the region through a variety of different initiatives, including the GPCOG Resilience Exchange, Micro-Loan program and our popular “Coffee w/ COG” events.  Tori graduated from the University at Albany with a degree in Journalism, and currently resides in downtown Portland.
