Experience
He is an accomplished entrepreneur, non-profit leader, and coalition builder working at the intersection of economic development, environmental health and civic innovation. He has helped a variety of municipal and state-wide clients on infrastructure and economic development
Prior to moving to Maine in 2017, he was the founding CEO of Grounded Strategies, a Pittsburgh PA nonprofit that works to cultivate the unrealized potential of people and places by transitioning land-use liabilities into community assets. He also served as Executive Fellow and Adjunct Faculty at Carnegie Mellon University.
Education
Andrew has a Masters in Public Policy and Management from The Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelors from American University in Washington DC.
