Responsibilities
Andrew manages GPCOG's Transit Planning Program. This includes overseeing the allocation of nearly $30 million in annual funding from the Federal Transit Administration to transit operations, capital investments, and planning; facilitating cross-agency collaboration on regionally significant projects; and staffing the Transit Task Force
Experience
Prior to joining GPCOG in June 2020, Andrew worked as a Transit Planner for the Central Transportation Planning Staff in Boston. At CTPS, he worked on projects focused on techniques that improve transit service, including dedicated transit lanes, transit signal priority, multimodal safety and access to urban neighborhood centers.
Andrew holds a Masters of Policy, Planning, and Management from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor of Science in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Maine.
